Our Team has over 18 years of experience from high-end condo sales to country residential acreage sales to luxury city properties. Our associate broker has over 32 years of experience in real estate from contracting to brokerage management to market and development to property management and commercial transactions.

Many of our advisors have built and renovated homes, have worked with various lenders for an understanding of the real estate financing process and have personally seen the peaks and valleys of our business. Every spectrum on every level of real estate has been experienced by the diverse group of talented advisors within our Team.

Our Team has listed and sold more properties over $1M in Rocky View County from 2008 through October 2018 than any other real estate Team.

Our Team has sold one out of every four properties selling over $1M in the Elbow Valley and surrounding areas since 2008.

Our Team lists and sells unique and special properties in the downtown core areas, Bel Aire and in the South West areas of Spring Valley, Discovery Ridge and Christie Estates. One third of our real estate business has been in these areas. The Starnes Team has sold more homes over $1.6M in the Bel Aire community than any other Team since 2012.

The Starnes Group has remained in the Top 10 Luxury Agent group selling properties over $2M for the entire City of Calgary since 2008. In 2014, our Team sold the most expensive residential condo in the Princeton development for $4.4M setting an MLS re-sale record. In 2013, our Team sold the most expensive single family country residential home to ever sell in the community of Elbow Valley Estates for $3.95M. In 2010, our Team sold a property in Elbow Park for $5.3M ($1,276 – Sold Pr/Sq Ft) representing the second highest sale price per square foot in the history of the Calgary market.

Our Team has sold more properties in the estate community of Aspen Estates over $2M than any other real estate Team since 2007.

Our Team moved in the M.D. of Foothills in 2017 listing and selling incredible acreage properties in record times. Niki Taggart is an area specialist living in the DeWinton and Heritage Point areas and brings to her clients refreshing new marketing ideas showcasing this incredible area and all it has to offer.
